was set up in 1993
in Guangzhou, Southern China. It has been the
leader of the Chinese resin industry, and a
modern enterprise actively involving research
and development, production and marketing. With
a factory premises covering an area of 50,000
square meters and registered capital of 10,000,000,
U.S. Dollars the company employs some 100 employees,
which includes a technical team of 12 seasoned
personnel. Since its establishment 10 years
ago, Guangzhou Southern Resin Co Ltd has developed
its product range from the sole water-borne
resins to coating powder resins, can coating
and coil coating resins, and solvent-borne resins,
among which the coating powder resin is of the
largest production capacity in China.

one of the overseas investments by Chan
Sieh Enterprises Co., Ltd. Over the
past 30 years, Chan Sieh has set up
three overseas production facilities
namely in Mainland China, the USA, and
Vietnam, and developed a worldwide customer
network. In 1996, Chan Sieh was approved
with ISO9002.
While
sticking to its quality commitments
to all its customers, , the company
has been, under the brilliant leadership
of the current General Manager Mr. Kuo
Chang-Pei, stepping up its managerial
efforts in a move to further improve
it managerial technology. In 2002, Guangzhou
Southern Resin was approved with ISO9001.
